Can anyone relate to this Kiser? Descendants of Peter* KISER - FIRST GENERATION 1. Peter* KISER died about 1780 in Mecklenburg Co, NC. He and family probably migrated down the Great Wagon Road. He had a grist mill, jointly with his brother-in-law, George Garmon, either on the Rocky River or on a tributary close by Little Meadow Creek. Peter also had farms and left as estate values at 43,909 pounds. He wrote his will on 5 April 1780 and is was probated on the second Monday in 1781. Peter* KISER and Fanny* GARMON had the following children: +2 i. George Alexander KISER. +3 ii. Frederick KISER. +4 iii. Margaret KISER. +5 iv. Rachel KISER. +6 v. Sarah* KISER. married John Reed - the Hessian soldier with Reed Gold Mine +7 vi. Elizabeth KISER. 8 vii. Catherine KISER. Nothing is known about her. No marriage bonds have been found. +9 viii.
