Roswell Libertis Kiser married Mertie Jane Wren. Roswell born in Bardwell KY then moved to Missouri. Roswell's father was Ethelbert Leslie Kiser married to Rebecca Lee Elsey they lived in Bardwell KY and are buried in the Elsey Cemetary in Bardwell KY.Ethelbert's father was John Milton Kiser from Coventon KY (No other information).
