Stop me if I've already posted this. There is a gravestone in the old Couraganeen churchyard, Bournea (Bourney) Parish, Roscrea, County Tipperary for Edmond KIRWAN, died October 4, 1837, age 55 years. The stone was erected by his wife, Mary LAHEY. That makes Edmond born in 1781 or 1782, which is getting pretty far back in Irish records.
