I suggest if anyone wants to visit, bring own sleeping bag. More information will be mailed to me SOON. I will email the essentials to everyone. Or you can call Carol and say "hello" but tell her you are another Kirwin or else she'll think you're a telemarketer! Neil. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Then, rec'd this for our Carawan folks from Barbara Radcliff: mailto:cwcarawan@pamlico.net - Jana ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Two things: Hold Saturday, July 29 @ 5:30 pm for our Carowan reunion. I'm going to try to get out the notices in the next two weeks. And: while web-surfing I found the following reference to a Carawan - The Hotel Goldener Hirsch in Salzburg has a website that includes a page called "A Stroll - Rigo Jansci". It says that an elderly and impoverished Prince Joseph Chimay et de Carawan married a young, blond American Claire Ward. While on their honeymoon in Budapest they go do a confectioner's store with a gypsy band performing. She was really "taken" with the singer and they ran off together, leaving the poor Prince heartbroken. So, for a reason that I didn't grasp, they named a dessert after the event... a chocolate cube, which they say they will send the recipe if one asks. So, where is the royalty coming from? I'm betting it is an Asian name as well. Any guesses? <www.goldenerhirsch.com/> Regards, Barbara
