And that is pretty much all I know about her family. She was only 15 when she married my grandmother's father, Matthew Caulfield in Troy NY, 1893ish. She died in 1935, her death cert was filled out by her husband, stating that her parents were Mary Slattery and Joseph Kerwin from Waterford, NY. I have not been able to prove ANY of this. But my grandmother always said she was an orphan...FOR SURE. Do you think there is any chance my Jennie Kerwin could be one of your orphan Kirwan's? Please let me know. Sincerely, Jenn Olmstead
