Hello, I was wondering if anyone has access to the CD-ROM of "Soldiers Died in the Great War", which lists the names and birthplaces of all the Commonwealth soldiers who died in World War 1. The hardcopy version of this work is 80 volumes long, and the Public Record Office in London (Kew) has some sort of database. The CD-ROM came out last year. If anyone does have access to this work, I was wondering if you could do a simple search for me - only one name, so it should take a matter of seconds. I cannot do the search myself as I cannot find a local library that has purchased the CD-ROM.
