Tom, My Kirkpatrick clan was in Alabama during the civil was Francis Kirkpatrick is the first name I found. I think his mother's name was Rebecca. Francis Children married into the Williams' family, located in Jasper, Cullman and Madison County Alabama. I have more, but I have to dig out my files.
