By 1841 James Kirkpatrick lived in East Brooklyn, NY. He was married to a lady by the name of Mary Gillespie. Mary came from Londonderry, Co. Donegal, IR to NY, but the date is unknown. I do not know if James and Mary were already married when they came over or whether they came at separate times and met in the USA. I would like to hear from anyone having information on this family.
