I keep seeing all these Kings that are born in the 1800s - is there anyone out there that has any information on any Kings born before then in VA or WV or KY? I have a mysterious Nancy King b about 1795 in VA (according to census). She is found marrying Michael Short in Clermont Co., OH in 1814. He was born in 1793 in Hampshire Co., VA. I have no other information on her. Looking at her age, this is probably her first marriage. It has been suggested that she may have been born in WV or KY - the the borders changed at one time. Does anyone have a female King born about that time in those area? Did any of your King families migrate to OH? This Nancy has been a brick wall for over 30 years.
