He was one of the first permanent settlers of Erie Township in 1835. Where he was between the time he left Kentucky & came to Miami Co. Henry in the 1850's was fighting for guardianship of Nancy Ann & George Je. Not sure why other than when the mother died, guardianship did not go to the father.
