Erline, I can't help you at all with your King line. Mine were from North Carolina a couple of years earlier. But I am interested in your WORSHAM line. Do you have any information on CHARLES WORSHAM, born 22 July 1755 Virginia, died 11 March 1841 Kentucky, married Mary "Polly" Ellington in Virginia? He was a patriot of the Revolution. Trying to place him in Mechlenburg County, South Carolina about 1796 and to a daughter, hopefully, Judith(aka Juda) Worsham who married William Crow and moved to Franklin/Banks County Georgia. Erline: I, too, am no help with your King line; have one myself I posted some days ago; a brick wall for many years. But, I, also have a Worsham who married into my King line, my great grandmother, to be exact. Her father, WILLIAM WORSHAM, 12-18-1814 IN who married 04-01-1843 Kosciusko Co., IN to Elizabeth "Betsy" Snively born OH 12-12-1824; emigrated to Coles County, IL area raising a large family of thirteen. Have had little luck going anywhere with this family. William and Betsy both buried Union Cem., Morgan Twp., Coles Co., IL. My great grandmother, Margaret Caroline Worsham was their 11th child, b 5-10-1858 IN, buried Janesville Cem., Coles Co., IL. Thank for your consideration.
