    3. That is so funny!!!! If all the William's came, I guess I'd have to have a mighty big turkey, wouldn't I?? But I'm safe since only one William King is my great-granddaddy!! I think my William King was born in Georgia and I think it was around the year 1847. The only two things I know is that he was married to Virginia Geer and she was born August 15, 1856 (I don't even know where she was born). That's why I got a distant male cousin to participate in the King DNA project. So far we have no exact matches, but hopefully one day there will be a match and maybe we can then fill in all the blanks. Thanks for responding. 3. As long as we are inviting William KINGs, I would like to invite four of them: my grandfather born in Cleveland Ohio, 1880; my great grandfather, born in London, 1843, my gg grandfather, born in Winterslow, Wiltshire,1818 and my ggg grandfather, born in Winterslow, Wiltshire, 1777 But the person I would most like to invite is my gggg grandfather, David Henry ROY, born about 1720 in Switzerland. He moved to England, changed his surname to KING and began our KING line. I would ask him about his family of origin, and since they were originally French Huguenots, what was the family history since being driven out of France.
