The only King of which I am aware is my wife's aunt, Ruth Allison King 1911/2000. She served in the Army of the United States from 2/1/1944 to March 16, 1946 as a Physical Therapist. Later, she worked with cerebral palsy children and then to the Iowa Soldiers Home to work with injured veterans. Even in death, she contributed by donating her remains to medical science. She rests in the Dysart Cemetery at Dysart, Iowa. It is a noble thing to honor those who secured and defended our Liberty. May they rest in peace. Bill Houdek bhoudek@swbell.net
