Have three King branches: Francis Benjamin Roy b 3/27/1821 in Dunham, Missquoi, Quebec, Canada d 3/20.1899 in Dubuque, Iowa. At some point, adapted the King surname. He married Eugenie Mallum b 2/1/1822 in Montreal, Quebec Canada d march 16, 1871 in Farley, Dubuque, Iowa. They had Frank Cashmere, Nelson B., Cordelia Adeline, Basile, Joseph Roy, George William, Jane, Charles Joshua, Madeline, Martha, John Roy, Israel J. & Julia. The next is George Koenig, b abt 1809 in Baden, Germany & d 10/15/1874 in Louisa Co, Iowa. He changed to King sometime , probably abt 1845 in Essex Co. New York where he m Catherine Bach b abt 1823 in France d 1/17/1881 in Louisa Co., Iowa They had George, Catherine, Phillip, Charles, Mary Christine, Sarah Elizabeth & Louis William. The last branch is Carolena Henrietta Koenig b abt 1897 in Missouri. She m Frank Bellew b 6/20/1893 in St. Louis, Missouri d 7/1963. They had Frank Raymon & Dorothy.
