Donald, Thanks for pointing out you are already part of the King DNA Project under William Alfred King of Stafford Co., VA. The Stafford Co. Kings are among those we have examined over the years for a possible connection to our John King of VA and Barren Co., KY. We never could develop any connection and the lack thereof has now been confirmed by the DNA results. That's another advantage of the King DNA Project. It helps eliminate lines from further consideration and research. I would encourage any male King descendant who subscribes to this list to join the King DNA Project. There has just been a price reduction which makes the meaningful tests more affordable. If you are a female descendant or a male descendant through a female descendant, I would urge you to find a male King relative and sponsor him in the project.
