Amidst those "northern" Kings, I, too, have a William. William Fredrick to be exact. He was born 15 Sep 1875 in Ohio. His father was Adam King, his mother Johanna Richter. Johanna was born in Germany, and I am not sure where Adam was born, it just says USA on William's wedding certificate. William married Joehannah (AKA Josie) Sullivan on 3 Aug 1912 in Papillion, Sarpy(Douglas), Nebraska. They lived in the Omaha-Benson area from about 1913 to about 1930. After that, Josie left William (or he walked out, I was never sure about that) and went to California with all the children, and settled in the San Francisco area. Most of my Kings have remained in Northern California to this day. The link I seem to be missing is William's father, Adam. I know he must have been born ca. 1855, but where I have no clue. I am only guessing he was in Ohio for a time, because William was born there. And before that?...your guess is as good as mine. Hoping to connect with someone.... Kathy stentzel@syix.com
