Although my Kings were in WI and probably back to NY in the 1800's I'm researching my Sullivan line in NC. I'm working particularly in the New Hanover/Duplin/Sampson Counties area from pre1700 to 1900. Many maiden names of the woman the Sullivans married are missing. I'm wondering if any King researchers have come across King men marrying Sullivan women? Sullivan was spelled many different ways so any spelling would be helpful. Also any connection to Outlaw, Ford, Dickson or Raspberry might prove helpful as would connection in any other NC county or in VA, SC, or AL.
