Hi, With all the different locales for the King family that kept popping up, I got curious and went to the US Surname Distribution Map site at: http://www.hamrick.com/names/index.html If you select "all" for the year, it will cycle the maps through for you, showing distribution of the King family in the USA for the years 1850, 1900, 1920, and 1990. It's quite interesting.
