I have a death certificate for J. W. King who died in the town of Terrell, county of Kaufman Oct 14, 1915. He was hospitalized for 5 months in the the North Texas Hospital for the Insane after having been struck by a railway train. He had apparently been hospitalized for 5 months prior to his death. The certificate states that the place of burial is Nacogdoches, Texas. Mr. King was 64 years old and a married farmer from Georgia. No information was given by family members. Dr. Charles W. Oastner signed the document. If anyone can use this, I will copy. Unfortunately it does not appear to be my J. W. King. Rita Tanner in Oregon
