I don't have anything for you but I am interested in the answers you receive. I have both Kings and O'Neals in North Carolina in my family. Details are few--Hugh O'Neal c. 1795 inRowan County NC, his daughter, Lovie O'Neal b. Oct 6 1820 in NC (no place given). Hugh's wife was Margaret Trout b ca. 1795. Also, Thomas King rumored to have come from NC. Thomas' son, Thomas, married into a family that originally came from Granville County.
