Okay, I visited my genealogical library today and have some things I'd like to "throw out" to everyone to see if anyone connects to any of these people. I'm hoping to find the parents of our William King, born sometime in the 1790's in Vermont: 1) Does anyone have a Salmon King, born 1784 in Sunderland, Bennington Co., VT, whose mother is Charity (Sherwin) King? It looks like Salmon had at least two brothers named DeWitt C. King and Chauncey--two names that our William also named HIS sons! Did Salmon have a brother named William? 2) Is anyone related to or researching the Caleb King found on the 1790 Sunderland, Bennington Co., VT census? Did he have a son named William? 3) Is anyone related to or researching the John King also found on the 1790 Sunderland, Bennington Co., VT census? Did HE have a son named William?
