    3. Deeds - Loudoun Co, Va recorded 1779 Francis KING of Somerset Co, MD - widow Thomas KING of Somerset Smith KING of Loudoun Co, VA - witness to deed I am studying the KINGs in Loudoun Co, VA during the mid-late 1700s as it appears very likely that they are related to my KING line which moved to KY prior to 1800. In the process of studying some Loudoun Co deeds, I found 2 deeds that mentioned Francis KING - widow and Thomas KING of Somerset Co, MD. The deeds concerned land that they owned in Loudoun Co, VA and one of the deeds was witnessed by Smith KING of Loudoun Co. This indicates to me that these MD and VA KINGs may have been related. One deed stated "which was granted to the said Francis KING and Elizabeth KING's heir mother to the said Thomas KING by patent Sep 12, 1772". I would appreciate communicating with anyone on this. THANKS!! Donald KING
