He was named for his uncle, Chauncey Burr KING, b. 04 Jun 1864 in Dodge Center, Dodge Co., MN; d. 06 May 1944 in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. I believe that our immigrant ancestor was Clement KING, who originally settled in Marshfield, Massachusetts, then removed to Providence, Rhode Island. We are probably not connected with the Chauncey that Sarah is looking for. I have not seen the book, but have seen references to it.
