Dear List, I am a member of the US Army stationed at Ft. Benning, Georgia. During the Post's history, the government annexed a number of small towns and villages around the post and turned the land into training areas. While they did tear down all of the buildings in these towns, they left all the small graveyards intact. Hence, the post is dotted with little fenced off gravesites. While on a break during one of my many training exercises, I wandered into one of these graveyards purely for the historical value. To my amazement I found a number of Kings buried here. I wasn't able to get much information off the gravestones since most of them were very old and not really taken care of. Hopefully somebody will recognize the names on my list. E. S. I hate to think that someone is looking for these people and are unable to find them. Sincerely, SSG David R. King
