William King came to what is now Sullivan County PA just before 1800. His brother John, Sr. with his wife Hannah Bishop and family came in 1801. Later Thomas and Esther King, parents of William and John came to live with William. Children of John King, Sr. are John, Mary (Glidewell), Thomas, Esther, Sally (Bird) and William.
