Good Morning all, Is anyone related to General John Edwards KING, (born 1757 in VA) of Kentucky? I found a short biography of him in a book and will send info to anyone who thinks they might have a connection. The reason he interests me is because he has a son listed named Edmund. This is the first Edmund KING I have found other than my ggggg grandfather Edmund. I think my Edmund might be a grandson to John Edward, but am missing that middle generation. Here is a bit of what is in the article... "General John Edward King's grandfather was William Alfred King, of Stafford County, whom married Sophia Burgess, and William Alfred King was the son of William King who left a will dated 1702, whose wife was Judith Peyton."
