Hi Folks: My King line possibly migrated from NY (Long Island - Oyster Ponds) or nearby CT south through DE, MD, VA, NC, SC, TN, AL and TX before jumping to CA during my generation. They often used the same given names over and over for each generation of their children. This frequently produced two or more children with the same given name for each generation. Here are some of the more unique given names that they used: Sanford, Jackson, Ames and Ephraim. If your King family line includes these given names, there is a possibility we are related.
