Hi Folks: Need data on the parents of Ephraim KING b. Abt 1785 in NC or VA. He married Jane HARKINS Abt. 1804. One early researcher said they were married in SC, but my research of census records shows that their first two children were born in NC; children's name, James G. KING and Andrew Jackson KING (my line). This family moved to Lincoln Co. TN around 1815 when Ephraim made a purchase at an estate sale of a relative named David McCANTS.
