I'm wanting to find out what happened to Henry Dean King (b. 1847 Erie Co., PA) and Mary Kangar (b. abt 1855 or 1856 in PA). They were on the 1880 census, Lincoln Township, Mitchell County, Iowa. I think they were still there in 1883 when Dean's brother Lewis Earl King was struck by lightening while standing inside a barn during a storm. Dean and Mary's sons Jim (b. 5 May 1879 Erie, PA) and Fred (b. Aug 1877 PA) were in Moody County, SD, in 1900. I haven't been able figure out what happened to Fred. One of my relatives has a cabinet card photo of Henry Dean and Mary (Kangar) King standing outside their home and on the back it says they were in Illinois. I am told they had a daughter Mabel who died at age 17. The only one I've been able to track to the end of his life is Jim who died 10 Jan 1941 in Brainerd, MN. How do these people relate to me?
