Edith KING, daughter of George Roy KING and Dessie Lee BAIN, disappeared sometime around 1918. Dessie Lee had died in 1908 and George was raising her by himself? George spent years of his life and much of his income trying to find her. Nobody has ever found a trace of her. George was born abt 1873 in Knox Co. Kentucky. He lived in Portland, Oregon and Morton, Washington. Dessie Lee (my grandmother's sister) was born Sep 1, 1877 in Knox Co. Kentucky and died (probably) in Sep 1908 in Twin Falls Co. Idaho.
