I am looking for any information or descendants of the following children of William D. King b. 1798 and Mary Ann Bryant King b. abt. 1804 of Wilkes/Pike/Lowndes/Berrien Co., Ga. Susan King b. abt.1827 who married William Hood around 1841. Sarah King b. abt.1831 who married Benjamin Swan around 1849. William S. King b. abt 1838 who married Sarah Cooper around 1850. I am also looking for information on Jesse King who married Eliza Gillepsie around 1846. I am not sure that this Jesse is the son of William D. King but would like to prove or disprove this if I can. The Kings that I am researching are: Henry G. King m. Mary Christopher their son William Taylor King m. Sarah Ann Dulca Gilbreath (Galbreath) their son Henry Goldman King m. Sarah Louise Bridges Henry and Mary married in Hall County, Ga. in 1832. I wonder if there is a connection between Henry and the Kings in early Hall County. I am looking for information on Jesse King and Eliza Gillespie who married in Pike Co., Ga. in 1846. I would like to know where they went after they married. I think they may be the Jesse and Eliza King that are found in 1860 in Lowndes Co., Ga. and in 1870 Brooks Co., Ga. Anyinformation would be appreciated. According to the 1900 NC Census, Columbus County, Ransom Township and the 1910 NC Soundex, Scotland County: KING, Robert b. April 1854 in NC Mary A (Faulk) wife b. Mar 1855 in SC Catherine V dau b. Feb 1885 in NC George M son b. Mar 1888 in NC Henry F. son b. Aug 1890 in New Honover County, NC Rosa E. dau b. May 1893 in NC I know nothing about the first two children, in fact, finding them in the census was an eye-opener. Henry Felix King is my ggrandfather. He married Jo Annie Ward of NC on 17 May 1916. Henry died on 25 Dec 1932 in Bladen County and is buried at McMillan Cemetery.
