The immigrant from Germany was Augustus (Koenig) King. Changed his name somewhere before arriving in New Orleans LA bet. 1844 and 1850. He was born in 1814 and his wife Margaret Sonne (Sonny) was born in 1819. They were born and married in Germany. A couple years or so after arriving in New Orleans, he sent for his family and they settled in Ohio Co., KY. A son Henry was born 1842 and his 2nd son Charles was born in 1844.
