In my posting of 6 April 2014, I had not placed Harvey M Kincaid in this family. After some research I have found that Harvey is son of John Hazzard Kincaid, the grandson of David C & Mary Wood Kincaid, and the great grandson of John & Jane Donaldson Kincaid. John married Jane Donaldson, March 28, 1789, in Madison County, Kentucky Probate Packet 1429 Harvey M Kincaid (Father John H Kincaid b Mar 1835,) Minor Child File 16 Dec 1914 Guardian E. M. Timberlake. A letter from Harvey concerning funds for the coming year addresses E.M. Timberlake as "cousin." Mentions funds from a partition suit of Harvey M & Claude W Kincaid vs Martha E Kincaid In his will, John Kincaid mentions the the sons of David C Kincaid, William & Robert. http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~momarion/willbook.htm In his will, Hazzard Wood, father of Mary Wood Kincaid, mentions her three children, Hazzard Kincaid, Harvey M Kincaid & Sarah Jane Kincaid.
