Milton Kinkead, son of William/Lizzie according to the 2nd biography below, was living with Archibald G Kinkead/wife Lucy Booker in the 1860 census for Greene County, IL. There is a record that Archibald was born in Christian Co, KY. The following obit for Milton said that he had siblings Rebecca Mays and Dr. A. G. Kinkead still living in 1906. According to familysearch.com, Illinois marriages, Rebecca Kinkead Mays was the daughter of William Kinkead & Sarah Steward, who married in 1823 in Christian County, KY. William may have married Elizabeth B.
