I have tried to find out more about the Carlisle Munitions Lab.  But what I have found does not carry beyond the end of the Revolutionary War. Then the thought occured to me that maybe this munitions lab is where the United States Army War College is in Carlisle, PA.  I have emailed the Cumberland County Historical Society to see if they can shed a little more light on the Carlisle Munitions Lab.
