Richard, Living in the twin cities and having 2 Kincaid's available, 1 in Bloomington and 1 in St Paul, I highly recomend them if you have one close by. I contacted them some time ago and learned that they are headquartered out of Seattle, Washington. There are appoximately 9 or 10 affiliated restaurants located across the US including Hawaii. Their food is pricey but very good.
