Mrs. Kincaid was born April 4, 1925, in Elton, W.V., to the late Wilburn Clarence and Mary Lenora Vandall. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren; Nascar; watching Tiger Woods play golf; and listening to Alan Jackson. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Newton Kincaid. Survivors include two daughters, Joyce Wagner of Glen Burnie and Helen G. DeBerry of Pasadena; one brother, Denville Vandall of Buckhannon, W.V.; one sister, Madell Devilbliss of Edgewater, Fla.; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Funeral services were held Dec. 16 at Gonce Funeral Service P.A. in Baltimore. Interment is in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
