Did Patrick Kincaid marry Mary Stanhope or Mary Stanwood? The following website, "Murray of Stanhope" shows the ancestors of Wilhemina Carolina Kerr who married Alexander Kincaid, Provost of Edinburgh. "ix. Wilhelmina Carolina KERR who was born about 13 July 1715 and was married to Alexander KINCAID who was Provost of the city of Edinburgh and was generally known as his Majesty's printer and stationer.
