Norman, thank you so much, that's great. I'm not sure which states this will take me back to. So far, I have Mathew as being born in VA, around 1808. But, I don't know where he was when he married Elizabeth Humble, b. 1813, I do know that they went to Indiana, Iowa, and then to Missouri. I would like to find his father, and of course, his siblings. That might be a tall order. I've had some tell me, that he is of the Thomas/Hannah Tincher line, but haven't been able to connect it exactly yet.
