Hi Peter, Norman, I passed on your question to my Storey collegue (out of) Bulter county about the Storey-Kincaid connection in Scotland, and this is what he replied: The info we have about the Northern Scotland Storeys was in the book "The Steel Bonnets". That particular quote came I think from a geneologist named Jack Storey in Belfast who my Dad has been corresponding with. If he hasn't already, your expert should read the *History of Butler County PA*(available online). The Kincades are prominently mentioned throughout. Samuel Kincade and Alexander Storey are noted as founders of the Bear Creek Presbyterian Church located between today's Petrolia and Fairview, PA, and Samuel was a Justice of the Peace. We are going to drive up there later this week to look around. I'll keep my eye out for any Kincades. I would, of course, be interested in more of your expert's information about the Storey-Kincaid connection in Govan. Storey On 8/16/08, Peter A.
