Dick, We have known Cliff Kincaid for several years, having first contacted him 4 or 5 years ago in a search for one of my father's cousins who was a Cliff Kincaid also but he turned out not to be a kinsman. We have tried to get him into the Kincaid DNA project to no avail. He did offer to help our grandson (who is a Lt in the Army Intelligence) with connections in D. C. I will try again on getting Cliff into our DNA project.
