    3. The only thing that would require another line from James is if the marker 15 (459b) result were to come back as a 10. This is a major variance with the Group A AAV and would need to be investigated. I don't anticipate that happening. I would like to to know which sons130404 and 15550 descend through. Technically if they both descend through the same son, the DNA signature is established for that son. If they descend through different sons, then James Woodburns signature is established. For practical purposes, even if they descend through the same son, we can extrapulate the signiture for James because others whose ancestors have similar birthdates share the same results.
