A native of Meadowbridge, West Virginia, she was born on Aug 1, 1926 to the late Robert and Ethel Fitzwater and moved here 5 years ago from Beckley,WV. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Kenneth; her son, Kertner and his wife, Cynthia of Henando; 2 Brothers, Roy and Robert Rhodes, both of West Virginia; 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Her sister, Charlene Bennet just passed away this month. Funeral services will be on Monday at 3 pm from Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Pastor Doug Shepherd officiating. Additional services and burial will be in Beckley, WV. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 PM until the hour of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials requested to Hospice of Citrus Co.
