Although I am pretty darn sure that you do have the correct lineage, this is such an important line that everyone needs a chance to look over the details, ask questions and are convinced of its veracity before I mark it as vetted to David/Winifred. This week I have limited genealogy time. I need to take advantage of my brother's visit to address dry rot problems in my tiny 1922 cottage. Newport may be amazing but it is on the Oregon coast where cars and houses rust and rot without constant care.
