Barb, I have a marriage for Forrest Jane Kincaid/Kincade daughter of James Woodburn Kinkade/Kincaid and Lydia Dick, who married 26 Oct 1854 in Brushcreek Evang Luth, Greensburg, Pennsylvania, USA. Lydia would have been James Woodburn Kinkade's second wife. I have Forrest Jane married to James Allen Kinkade b. 6 May 1853, in Kirksville, MO on May 25, 1875 in Illinois. I have the parents of James Allen Kinkade to be Lorenzo D. Kinkade and Harriett Stewart. i have the birth date of Lorenzo D Kinkade as 1824 in Hardin Co., KY, and death in 1879 in IL. Parents of Lorenzo D. Kinkade are listed as George Washington Kinkade, born Lynchburg, Campbell, VA and Sally Traner m. 3 sept 1816, Elizabethtown, Hardin, KY. I have the parents of George Washington Kinkade as Robert Kinkade and Mary Bowman I hope that this is some help.
