    3. Agreed. This is why I asked what the initials stood for since the wording of the various Kincaid men did not sound like original documents. I am a stickler for original documents. For example, I am pretty sure that K.F.R. is the Kincaid Family Researches publication put out by Clan Kincaid a number of years ago. There were a lot of undocumented or made up claims made in this which some treated like fact (ie. the four sons of Alexander Kincaid, Lord Provost of Edinburgh).
