Gary Dean Kinkade Published: Tuesday, January 13, 2009 4:30 PM CST _http://republicmonews.com/_ (http://republicmonews.com/) Gary Dean Kinkade, 65, Billings, Mo., died Saturday, Jan. 10, 2009, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Mo. Mr. Kinkade was born Jan. 4, 1944, in Springfield, the son of Clifford and Lois Marie (Garoutte) Kinkade. He served his country in the U.S. Army in Korea. He retired as an auto mechanic at Don Wessel Oldsmobile of Springfield. He was a member of the Clever First Baptist Church, and the VFW Post of Billings. His parents preceded him in death. Survivors include a daughter and her husband, Dawn and Scott Helliker, Okmulgee, Okla.; nine grandchildren; three stepchildren; a brother and his wife, Donald and Donna Kinkade, Republic; two nephews; and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, 2009, in Meadors Funeral Home, Billings. A private burial will be at a later date in the Missouri Veteran’s Cemetery, Springfield.
