KINCAID, JACK D., 85, of Middletown, passed away Thursday, May 12, 2011 with his family at his side. He was a retired secretary/treasurer from the Midco-Kentucky Company and a _U.S. Air Force_ (http://www.legacy.com/memorial-sites/air-force/?personid=151005929&affiliateID=1175) veteran of _World War II_ (http://www.legacy.com/memorial-sites/ww2/?personid=151005929&affiliateID=1175) and a graduate of Anchorage High School. He is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Juanita Kincaid; brother, Billy Kincaid; sister Dixie Schmitt; and many nieces, nephews; and best pal, Buddy. His funeral service will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Pearson-Ratterman Brothers Funeral Home, 12900 Shelbyville Road, with burial to follow in the Middletown Historic Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 3-8 p.m. and on Tuesday from noon until time of service.
