Looks like a typo on the date. It should be 1762. James is a likely brother to Joseph Kinkead who died 1774 in Albemarle County. James and Joseph and buried in the Kincaid Burying Grounds which we will be visiting later this year. Debra Kincaid Griggs and we are progressing on full documentation for the new Kinkead participant who descends from David and Winifred. Since some authors say David is a brother of Joseph and James we thought it would be good to also have a descendant of James/Jean tested. We already have 4 descendants of Joseph tested and 2 descendants likely from David/Winifred are tested so hopeful to find one who will test who descends from James & Jean.
