Attachments cannot come through on Rootsweb. If you'll notice the date, Peter sent that email on March 8. Cyberspace is sometimes strange. Peter has subsequently sent the pages mentioned below as well as the rest of the paper to both myself and Alice Gedge. He has also given permission to pass the write-up along to others provided we give the proviso that there are many errors contained in the paper and to use the material with caution.
